Are you kidding me? These authors must of had all their friends write the reviews. Honestly, Amazon I feel I am entitled to a full refund of the money I paid for this trash and my time! Their tips are "wear make up" and "wash your hair" and "never go out of the house looking ugly". There were so many spelling and grammar mistakes, I just don't understand how this was ever published. Ladies....please do not waste your money as I did. There is NO useful information in this book.

This book isn't even written in normal, gramatically correct English. Instead of "rich" she says "reach", instead of "hair" she writes "her", there are different fonts where it is obvious that edits were made. "...dress always nice and ..." I could go on and on in the few pages that I actually read of this book. [...] She tells you to buy fake purses on the internet, take a taxi to a party so noone will see you arrive and then walk to the middle of the room and wait for someone to take your coat for you. Are you kidding me?

I was shocked when I received this book in the mail last year. [...] I returned it immediately. (Outskirts Press is a self-publisher, as I've since found out.)
The content? It ranged from the common sense (take showers, etc) to the nonsensical (star on a soap opera, then become famous, then he'll regret being mean to you). It is extremely disorganized and written in size 16 font. I have read a lot of women's magazines and thought it would be something at least equal to that standard of quality. I was wrong - the book is one long list of random suggestions, none of which are written with the clarity of the average women's publication.
If the authors want to write a successful book, I am sure it is well within their power with decent editing and clearer presentation. At the very least, they know that this is a subject of much interest, and they have an audience ready to buy their hopefully higher quality follow-up book.
I give this book two, not one, stars. Why, given its few merits? I think even considering this book is a sign that one might want to work on her self-confidence, which is often the origin of a lot of problems women have attracting a man. I encourage YOU to write 339 of your own tips, and then to write your own book for the rest of us. In that sense, having arrived at this book isn't a total loss because now you have learned something about yourself. I just wouldn't buy it, unless it were considerably revised.

I don't know where this book was written but the worst translation job I've ever seen in a book or someone needs to purchase a dictionary if they published themselves! Poor grammar interupts the text repeated - I'm talking every single page, almost every paragraph!
Please don't waste your money. [...] There are many more books on the subject of positive body image that are worth your money. Check out the "Science of Sexy" by Bradley Bayou.

Though I felt a little silly, the reviews for this book were all five star reviews, so I thought, why not? Well, why not is that you could get the same tips from one issue of Cosmo. Tips were contradictory and seemed aimed at someone fifteen years younger than me (I'm 30) or maybe just someone living fifteen years ago. This one is a definite pass.
